J’s Hot & Sassy came about due to my love for Hot Flavorful foods.
With quite a bit experimenting I was able to come up with a sauce that is not only hot, but also has a wonderful flavor to enhance, blend, or add pizazz to your foods.
I choose to use the Scotch Bonnet pepper to achieve the hotness in the sauce as well as using mostly locally grown fruits and vegetables in Ontario. Jshotandsassy.com is a supporter of farmers of locally grown fruits and vegetables in Ontario, resulting in ingredients that are natural and healthy since the sauces do not contain any preservatives.
I was able to come up with a variety of hot sauces with a great taste and flavor yet you can enjoy the heat of the hot sauce.
These sauces will compliment any meal ranging from poultry, beef, pork, fish, vegetable, blends of cheeses, drinks, and even ice cream.
In fact the many uses for these flavored natural hot sauces is limited only by your imagination. Yes, you have come to right place to experience the fusion of both flavor and heat combined in an unforgettable balance. You can purchase my sauces locally at the Local Farmer's Market on the Western Fair Grounds in London Ontario as well as using our Catalog shown on the left menu.
You have a range of the 190ml/6.42oz bottles to sample bottles of 15ml/0.5oz which I call the "teaser bottles". I call them this because after you try it you will wish you ordered one of everything!

In the Confederation Building at the Western Fairgrounds, every Saturday from 7am-3pm. The building is accessed off Dundas and Ontario Street. Bus service is available within walking distance. If you visit us at our booth, you can save on shipping costs.
